018 Skeletal Wolf Mug

15oz capacity.

Thrown from white stoneware clay, decorated with black slip and sgraffito motifs. All glazes are commercial. 

Each mug can take hours to form, paint, carve and glaze. Every step is done with utmost care and love for the process.

This piece is microwave and dishwasher safe, but will have a longer and brighter life if hand-washed. Please also take care with thermal shock- handmade wares don’t like having hot tea poured into them straight out of the freezer! 

*most mugs in this collection have very small cracks around the handles where they meet the body of the mug. They are filled with glaze and pose no structural issues, this is a common aesthetic issue when using clear glaze in ceramics.
